I was a student mentor in the international student mentor program at Otago University from 2009-2011, which involved introducing New Zealand culture to students of various nationalities. I also participated in Language Match, a conversational language practice organisation.

Description:
I graduated with an Honours degree in anthropology from Otago University in 2011. I received my DipLang (endorsed in German) in 2010. Since 2011, I have been working in the heritage sector in Christchurch. I moved to Auckland for more postgraduate study in 2017.

I prefer to use students work to structure lessons around it. It depends on the student as to how the sessions take shape after an initial meeting.

I can also offer conversational English and ESOL tutoring if required.

I can offer tutoring at University or other suitable place e.g. library, or home by arrangement, around the CBD, Ellerslie, eastern suburbs etc.
