Description:
Kia Ora!

I'm originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I live in North Shore and I'll start my Phd in University of Auckland soon, since I got my approval letter some weeks ago.

I was educated by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) where I obtained by Bachelor Degree in Philosophy in 2013 and also my Masters in Logic and Metaphysics in 2016. Since 2010, I am a member of the Research Center in Epistemology and History of Science of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Last year, I did my IELTS, and I got a band overall score of 8.0. I can give you some tips of how to accomplish the same, or even better, depending on your English level and free-time to focus on the exam.

I'm also a Portuguese teacher. Although I now live in NZ I love my culture, my language and the history of my country, especially my city, Rio de Janeiro. That’s why I have faith in the fact that I would definitely make you learn and love Portuguese. Language is more than syntax and semantics, it’s about showing a cultural context, a historical background and a particular way to interact with the world.
